Event Schedule:
8:00 - 9:00 Registration and scrutineering.
9:00 - 9:10: Competitors' meeting.
9:15 - 9:45: Recce.
10:00 - 15:30: Runs with Morning and Afternoon Run Groups (1 hour lunch break after run 4).
15:30 - 16:00: Course clean up and awards.
Please note that anyone missing either the Check-In Deadline or Competitors' Meeting may be excluded from participating at the discretion of the event organizers.

Event requirements
Helmets
Details on appropriate helmets can be found in this CARS bulletin dated February 10, 2025. Snell 2010 and older helmets are no longer accepted.
Mandatory Paperwork
We are now using online forms via Speedwaiver. During your registration, you will be asked to submit your phone number to receive the link to sign the online event waiver.
As always, participants are encouraged to have a professional mechanic complete a vehicle inspection prior to participating in the event. Ralf Koulaib of Canadian Tire's Carling Ave. location can assist with any and all inspection needs. Please call 613-725-3111, choose the menu options to get to Automotive Service and ask for Ralf.
Rules
It is every competitor's responsibility to understand the rules applicable to CARS sanctioned events, including the General Competition Rules and the MCO Supplemental Rules.
Insurance
Your road car insurance does not cover you during this motorsport event.
