We're teaming up with ASMotorsports once again to bring you Grip N Drift—two motorsports disciplines, one incredible day at the track.

But this year is different.

We need your help.

Grip N Drift has always been about bringing the HPDE and drifting communities together, creating an event where everyone can enjoy the track, learn, compete, and have fun. Unfortunately, participation has been lower than expected, and without the support of our community, there's a real possibility this event won't return in the future.

If you've ever wanted to experience Grip N Drift, this is the year. Every registration helps keep this event alive, so we're making it easier than ever to join us.

Because the event is already built on MotorsportReg, you'll still need to register for both driving sessions, which will show a total of $260 at checkout.

After you register, Kirsten will manually process a $110 refund, bringing your final cost to just $150 for the entire day.

Please be patient, as every refund has to be processed by hand (yes, by Kirsten!). She'll get your refund taken care of as soon as possible after you register. No additional action is required on your part.

Whether you're chasing lap times or sending it sideways, this is your chance to be part of something bigger than just another track day.

All drivers will be divided into run groups. If you're here to drift, simply register for the Drift run group.

Drift sessions operate much like our HPDE sessions. Drivers will be sent out in groups and can make as many laps as possible during their allotted session. One short section of the course around the oval will be designated as a No Drift Zone, where drifting is not permitted.

Tandem drifting is welcome and encouraged, provided it can be done safely and there are no recurring incidents.

HPDE:  A lapping day (also called HPDE for High Performance Driver Education) allows you and your car on a track for several 15-20 minute sessions. It’s the best bang for your buck netting you the most seat time. Lapping days are an exhilarating way to test yourself and your car’s capabilities and improve your skills.

DRIFT:  Kinda the same as above, just sideways.  Tandems welcome.  Drift driving experience is intermediate and up.  This event is not designed for drift beginners.   

The day is split into 4 run groups based on car performance and driver skill.  Each run group is limited to about 8 cars.  We cycle through the run groups every 15 minutes throughout the day, giving each registered driver an hour in the morning session and an hour in the afternoon session.

Schedule:
Gates Open - 7:30am

MORNING SESSION
Tech and Check-In: 7:30am - 8:15am
Mandatory Drivers meeting: 8:30am
9:00am - 1:00pm: Hot Track - 4 total run groups, alternating every 15 minutes.

AFTERNOON SESSION
Tech and Check-In: 11:30am - 12:15pm
Mandatory Drivers Meeting: 12:30pm
1:00pm - 5:00pm: Hot Track - 4 total run groups, alternating every 15 minutes.

NO On-Site Registration!  All registered drivers must check in at the trailer before 8:15am (or 12:15 if doing only the afternoon session), as well as have their car through tech, or there will be a late fee applied.
