All vehicles must be able to pass a standard tech inspection as well as follow all of NCM MSP Policy and Procedures!!!! (ALL)
ALL VEHICLES MUST MEET A 103DB @ 50 FT LIMIT (ALL)
A tech form will need to be filled out for each car. A helmet form will need to be filled out for each driver (SA2015+).
