There will be a mandatory drivers meeting immediately following your tech inspection.
- This event will be RAIN OR SHINE. The show must go on!
- ALL Drivers must wear long pants, long sleeve shirts and closed-toe shoes.
- Helmets are mandatory and must be: RATED SNELL SA 2020 or newer
- If a vehicle is equipped with a Racing Seat, a Harness must be installed.
- Only 5 and 6 point harnesses with appropriate HANS Device
- Open Top Cars MUST have Drivers wear Full-Face Helmets with the Visor in the Down Position.
- SFI Padding must be placed around the entire rollbar in which a Drivers Helmet can come in contact with the rollbar.
- During check-in we will do another safety check to ensure your car meets all safety requirements mandated by S2K TakeOver, EMRA & NJMP.
- PASSENGERS ARE NOT ALLOWED to ride with drivers. The only exception is ONLY if the driver is a certified instructor or approved by S2K TakeOver & EMRA.
- Factory seat belts are allowed with non bucket/racing seats.
Event requirements
DOWN LOAD TECH SHEET HERE:
- Snell 2020 or newer helmet required for drivers
- ALL vehicles must pass tech to be on track
- No passengers allowed (unless approved)
- FireLaps Live/S2K TakeOver Challenge participation is voluntary and will have live timing and technical support at events when possible.
